Services - Placement Of Tenant

Vista Realty Ltd. will do the following on the owners' behalf:

• Advertise and show premises to prospective tenants.
• Check the prospective tenants' references and credit history.
• Prepare lease agreement and coordinate the move in/out of the tenant
• Collect post-dated cheques for the owner.
• Ensure the tenants receive a copy of the Condominium Bylaws, Rules and
  Regulations. (For strata properties only.)
• Consult with the owners on any significant matters regarding tenancies.
• File a Form K, Tenant Declaration, with Strata Corporation. (For strata properties only.)
• Fee would be one half of first month's rent plus GST, plus advertising.
